Sunkis Lifestyles "Fractional Ownership" allows an individual to obtain & enjoy a "Dream Holiday" that for many would seem out of reach!
The Sunkis Lifestyle package is simplicity in itself offering 10-years of boat ownership of a "40 ft Cranchi Endurance" which can be purchased in either single or multiple weeks.
There is also a 6 year "opt out clause" which allows all the owners to vote for the continuation of the boat ownership or the sale of the boat.
At the point of sale of the boat, all the sale proceeds are distributed between the owners, in accordance with the ownership contact. So not only does the “Dream Holiday” become a reality there is a financial return at the end of it.
A single weeks starts from £9950.
The weekly allocation is available on a set calender that runs from Saturday to Saturday and included in the Sunkis Lifestyle Dream Holiday is a package that consists of :
- Airport collection & Drop-off
- Concierge
- Lifestyle package consisting of Food & Drink provisions
- Snorkeling Sports Equipment
- Full use of an additional Zodiac & Honda outboard
- A full Cleaning & Linen service

The Sunkis Lifestyle Package is designed as a "Turn up and use package" without the hassle of boat ownership and an even added bonus of no expertise of boating as the boat is docked and a Captain is available to hire should you wish to move from the stunning locations.
On full payment the "share certificates", along with a detailed usage contract signed by the company CEO and the new owner would be issued to the new 40ft Cranchi Endurance owner. The company is a BVI registered company.
There is an experienced management company in place to handle the extensive Maintenance & Administration duties involved with the ownership of such a high class & superior quality boat. The Management company also undertakes the daily duties of the smooth running of the owners holiday on the 40 ft Cranchi Endurance, by providing the Airport collection & Drop off, the Concierge, the Cleaning staff & the Sunkis Lifestyle Package on arrival +++ much more. At present there are 3 locations to choose from in the South of Gran Canaria with its 363 days of sunshine per year.
Reservations are being taken for Puerto Rico and Mogan, on a fully refundable basis. Favourable finance packages are available with the possibility of the 1st year finance on "Interest Free".
