- Arrange airport transfers, collection & drop-off.
- Provide each "Owner" with a professional and courteous airport greeting and outstanding "Owner" service.
- An "on boat", meet & greet for a familiarisation of the boat & amenities.
- Insure the "Owners" 40ft luxury Cranchi is immaculately presented and the full maintenance package is in order for "Owners" arrival.
- Inform "Owners" of activities, places of interest, shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs, spas, golf courses etc.
- Reserve, VIP treatment or the best table location, of all the above.
- Booking and arranging a Captain for all open sea excursions.
- Record and give wake-up calls.
- Act as the center of communication in the event of an emergency.
- Take responsibility for solving guest issues in a timely fashion with satisfaction and a sense of urgency.
- Strives to go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Their is an optional, personal daily visit to the "Owners" 40ft luxury Cranchi.
- Available by cell phone provided, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, in order to facilitate and insure that "Owners" obtain maximum satisfaction and total relaxation whilst enjoying the amazing experience of a dream holiday with sunkis lifestyles.
